A beautifully renovated structure located on the rear of the property provides a spacious and private atmosphere. The Carriage House includes a spiral staircase that leads up to a beautiful loft with a queen size bed. Downstairs is a full bath with an extra-large walk-in shower as well as a comfortable living room with gas fireplace and an equipped kitchenette. There is a queen sized sleep sofa and the room sleeps 4 comfortably. Guests has options when they book with or without breakfast.

The Garden Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths, central heat and air, a large fully equipped beach themed kitchen, living room, enclosed porch, washer/dryer, and Ms. Pac-Man arcade game for hours of indoor fun. The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 full size beds, while the first floor bedroom features a popup trundle daybed with two twins that can convert to a king bed. The cottage has river views from the property, large backyard, picnic table, charcoal grill, and ample parking for multiple cars and trailer. Sandy beach is at the end of the block.
High speed wireless Internet throughout the house, two 32" TVs with Roku streaming services, DVD Player, multigame arcade, kitchen with dining table, high top bar table, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, large sink, toaster oven, microwave open, and Keurig coffee maker.
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 comfortably. All linens and bath towels are provided. Garden cottage guests can purchase Resort (Pool and Cabana) pass at additional fees. Please inquire.
A short walk to churches, restaurants, brewery, winery, museum, art gallery, and antique stores. Rent a golf cart to explore our historic area from the beaches on the Potomac River to the wildlife on Monroe Bay.
